Refund Policy


We deliver Pan India.

Depending on your location, it may take between 2-9 working days for delivery.


The cancellation will only be initiated if we receive a request by email from you within one hour of placing the order or before your order has been dispatched.

*Note: Pre-paid orders are not eligible for a refund on cancellation. In case you wish to modify or cancel a prepaid order, a credit voucher equivalent to the amount will be issued which you can use against future orders.

Refunds (If Applicable)

We are a Customer-first company, and it will always be that way.

If you are unhappy with any of our tea, please reach out to us at or WhatsApp us on +9599543955. We will try our best to resolve your issue. But still, if you are not satisfied with our resolution you can initiate a refund.

Our policy lasts 7 days. Beyond 7 days of your order, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund.

We accept refunds only under the following circumstances:

  • If the product is damaged then you can email us directly regarding the same within 24 hours. (Please attach some photo proof so it is easier for us to process the application for refund)

If applicable for a refund and approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale/ Discounted items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, items on sale/discounts cannot be refunded.


Since our drinks are perishable, we request you to reach out to us for a refund as per the refund policy.
